Does Home With a View manage short term rentals throughout Portugal?

Yes. Because they’re touristic hotspots, most of the properties we manage are located in Lisbon and Oporto. Yet, we work within the whole country and wherever your real state is located we will coordinate a local team to guarantee maximum service speed and effectiveness.

 

Is Home With a View part of AirBnB?

No. We are and independent short-term property management company in Portugal that works with a large variety of rental platforms, which include AirBnB.

 

Won’t I be losing money if I don’t managed the property myself?

No, you’ll actually get more time and money for yourself. We are a professional team that will focus 100% on managing your real state, bolstering its occupation rates and optimizing your revenue. All of this without you having to lift a finger.

 

What if I want to start managing my own home, will I have to start from scratch with a new profile?

No. Unlike other short term rental management companies, with Home With a View you’ll have total control of your profile at any time. That means that you’ll always be able to enjoy all the time and effort that was put into your property – photographic book, reviews, etc.

 

What if my home is not ready to rent?

No problem. If you need furniture, dealing with legal processes or even creating a profile on digital rental platforms, we’ll take care of it so you can start earning money with short term rentals as soon as possible. From design and décor to maintenance and remodeling, make it our problem.

 

Do I have to rent my home full-time?

No, you can have you property just for yourself whenever you want to. The only thing you need to do is talk with us in advance so we can stop booking your place during the time in which you’ll be staying.

 

Can I still live in my house and simply rent a couple of rooms?

Of course, make yourself at home! Leave guests, bookings and all worries with us. If you want to, we can even arrange for your personal breakfast and cleaning services. All you need to do is talk about it.

 

What if any damage or robbery happens in my place?

Besides asking guests for collateral in case of damage and some digital platforms already having indemnity insurance, our crew will immediately identify any sign of damaged or stolen items and will alert your property’s manager. From there, we’ll take care of the rest along with the competent platforms and/or authorities.

 

Is this legal and safe?
